John — 7 I AMs: Just Who Is Jesus?

Seven times in John’s Gospel, Jesus completes the sentence “I am…” with a picture His hearers already knew — bread, light, a door, a shepherd, resurrection, a way, a vine. Each one answers the same question: just who is Jesus?
